1. Information We Collect

PointNinja only collects the data strictly necessary to run the service:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google, we securely collect your Name, Email, and Google Avatar URL to create your parent profile and verify your subscription status.
• Habit & Reward Data: We store the custom habits, points, streaks, and rewards you create for your children in our secure database (Google Firebase) so the data synchronizes across your family's devices.
• Analytics: Anonymous app usage data (crash logs, feature usage) may be collected to help us improve stability and performance.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PointNinja does not require children to create their own accounts, nor do we collect personally identifiable information from children directly. Parents create the overarching account and manage the profiles of their children within their dashboard. Our app is intentionally ad-free.

3. How We Use Information

• To dynamically populate your family's dashboard and sync points/rewards instantly.
• To process and authenticate your 15-day free trial or active subscription via RevenueCat.
• To provide technical support if you encounter issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with trusted third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run the app:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure cloud database hosting and Google Sign-In authentication.
• RevenueCat: Used strictly to manage and verify in-app subscriptions and trials securely.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, update, or permanently delete your account and all associated habit/reward data at any time by contacting us directly.
