Welcome to PointNinja! By downloading, accessing, or using the PointNinja application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account for family use. PointNinja is designed for children under the supervision of their parents to track habits and earn rewards.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trial

PointNinja operates on a premium subscription model. When you sign up, you receive a free 15-day trial. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to our Monthly or Yearly plan to continue accessing the app functionalities.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed securely via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your device's account settings.

3. User Data and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize PointNinja to securely store your profile information (Name, Email, Avatar) strictly for account identification purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PointNinja for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and privacy laws).

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
